I created this intensive because I spent years feeling like I had to settle for low rates, overworking, and overbooking myself just to earn enough to pay the bills - instead of raising my rates and signing clients into the high-level role I was already qualified for.
I was excellent at what I did, but I started wondering if I just wasn't as good as I'd thought and needed to learn more first.
But I finally figured out that being good alone doesn't translate into being fully booked with high-ticket clients for anyone, and what helped me go from being one of many options to the obvious choice wasn't grinding harder or getting better at my craft like I was sure it would be.
It wasn't having perfect branding, professional photos, or viral posts, either.
What I did to create consistent demand intentionally was so much simpler than that.
It was learning how to package my services into an in-demand offer, confidently own my expertise and what I brought to the table, and execute on a repeatable marketing strategy that put me in front of the high-caliber clients who WANTED to pay well for exactly what I offered.

- (2) 45-minute coaching sessions

Hi, I'm Steph! I'm based in Seattle, WA, and I'm a former six-figure OBM agency owner turned six-figure coach.
When I’m not curled up (and working from bed) with my sassy cat, Harley, you can find me pushing myself through early morning strength workouts, loving on my nephews and niece, and traveling + exploring with my favorite human, Sam.
My work is focused on high-touch, personalized 1:1 support, and I bring 5 years of coaching experience, 6 years of high-ticket sales and high-level support, and 8 years of business experience to the table running a six-figure business that's generated over $800k.
